A soil test boring is an extraction of your properties subsurface and examined to determine whether or not the soil is suitable for construction. These tests will show characteristics of the soil as the operator drills through different substratas of the property. Nassau and Suffolk County Health Departments now require any new construction to have a soil test completed by a certified operator.

We are certified in Groundwater knowledge, Drilling Safety, Geology, and many more attributes to ensure a safe and productive dig. With these certifications and knowledge, we can accurately characterize your properties sub surface. All while doing it safely.
After the test hole is completed, we take with us our soil samples and break it down into our specific categories and classifications. Once this is completed we generate a detailed report that shows each change in subsurface and whatever material we encountered.
